Chef Sornchai hails from Bangkok. Aside from the classic tom yum goong, Phad Thai and others, our house specials include the crispy King snapper in a spicy vegetable broth spiked with chili padi , the southern peppery oxtail soup & roasted melt-in the mouth Meltique beef lightly draped with thick Paenang curry perfumed with kaffir lime leaves.
